Job Brief
We are looking for an energetic Telemarketing Executive (Female) to join our team! As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, promoting company products, and building client relationships through telephonic discussions.
Main Responsibilities of a Telemarketing Executive
Your responsibilities will include:
- Inbound & Outbound calls to the marketing leads
- Identifying and contacting potential clients
- Explaining about our services and products to potential clients
- Updating client and lead information in the respective databases
- Reporting and coordinating the day-to-day activities with the Business Development Manager
- Assisting the Business Development Coordination in preparing sales pitches
- Helping in the creation of promotional and sales materials
- Addressing any client queries in a timely and professional manner
- Creating and managing accurate and detailed call reports
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word or relevant software
- Ability to manage stressful situations and strict deadlines
- Highly motivated individual
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to offer excellent customer service
Key Skills Preferred
You should proficient in one of the following tools. Knowledge of more than one tool will be considered extra.
- Tele calling or Telemarketing knowledge
- Business to Business sales knowledge
- IT Consultancy & Services basic knowledge
- Client Coordination Knowledge or experience
- Good Communication skills
- Lead Generation
- MIS for Client Data Management and Follow-ups.
