Sr. Business Development Manager

Job Description: -

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to join our team! As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for conducting market research, performing field jobs, promoting company products, and building client relationships.

 

Main Responsibilities of a Sr. Business Development Executive: -

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting the business goals and objectives 
  • Identifying and contacting potential clients 
  • Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients 
  • Updating client and lead information in the respective databases 
  • Developing and implementing business growth strategies 
  • Preparing and presenting client retention plans 
  • Reporting and coordinating the day-to-day activities with the Business Development Manager 
  • Assisting the Business Development Coordination in preparing sales pitches 
  • Planning and drafting business plans 
  • Helping in the creation of promotional and sales materials 
  • Addressing any client queries in a timely and professional manner 
  • Creating accurate and detailed sales reports 
  • Knowledge of the ongoing market conditions and latest developments 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong multitasking abilities 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools 
  • Ability to manage stressful situations and strict deadlines 
  • Highly motivated individual 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively 
  • Ability to offer excellent customer service 
  • Ability to work on Field jobs too.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications: -

·       Should have Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech / BCA / B.E. / Diploma in CS or Engineering (Preferred) or in any other courses like B.Com / BBA in Marketing

·       Should have experience of at least 1 year in Sales and Marketing

 

 

 

Salary: -

 

Based on your interview you will be offered a salary between INR 13,000 to INR 20,000.

 

 

Key Skills Required:-

You should proficient in one of the following tools. Knowledge of more than one skill will be considered extra.

  • Business to Business sales knowledge 
  • Client Coordination Knowledge or experience 
  • Good Communication skills 
  • Lead Generation 
  • MIS for Client Data Management and Follow-ups.
