Senior Flutter Developer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Flutter development and have experience in leading a team of junior developers. You will be responsible for building high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications while ensuring code quality and team efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Lead a team of junior developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise.
• Oversee code reviews, ensure adherence to best coding practices, and foster continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring quick resolutions and application stability.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in mobile development, bringing innovative solutions to the team.
• Optimize code for maximum efficiency and maintainability.
• Plan and execute app releases, ensuring smooth and timely deployment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring a team of developers.
• Strong proficiency in Dart and experience with state management libraries like Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Familiarity with native Android and iOS development is a plus.
• Proficient with version control systems such as Git and GitHub.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
